You have an idea of why you want to build, and where the house will be built. You’ve thought a lot about how you want your house to look for you to thrive in it, and have your needs covered. This requires precise planning and preparation.

It costs money to build houses. The private economy and your ability to borrow money in the bank can be crucial to whether you can proceed with your plans.

Before you start building, you must contact the “authorities” that may have different views on where and how you build. Only when all paperwork is in order you will leave to start.
So are you going with your house. But it may take a long time before the house is finished, for perhaps you will more or less constantly rebuild or expand in step with your and your family’s needs?
It is also important that you take care of and maintaining the house. You do not want the value of the house will be smaller? And, if something unforeseen should happen, it is also important that the house is insured.
