The term Business Plan can NOK evoke different associations. There is hardly a reason that so many choose to “throw himself out of deep waters” without having checked the load capacity, ie start without having written his business plan.

It may be important to clarify that:

Business Idea: What will you earn money? The business idea should be very short and concretely describe what the company has ambitions to do, and what is unique about this. The business idea should be so ambitious that the company has something to strive for. Work with your business idea so that it reflects the needs of selected customer groups. Most are for product-oriented.

Product Description: Brief description of products and services that you want to offer. What gives them the benefit of your customers. Be sure to emphasize personal advantage.

Market Assessment: Description of customers, competitors, market, marketing and sales initiatives / channels. Be realistic in your forecasts. Many fail to check the market base well NOK or overestimate it. It’s silly to fool the bank, but it’s even worse to deceive themselves.

Budget and start funding: Investments, sales budgets / estimates, financing plan, cash flow budget. Budget simulates what you think will happen to your business in the year ahead, and what this in economic terms will lead to. Budget Simulation can be a very useful exercise in “what happens if I do so or so?”.
